An overview of the
The shape of the fn3-10 indoor load switch is similar to that of the general indoor isolation switch (figure 1). The bottom of the switch is frame 2, and the transmission mechanism is installed in it.
There are six insulators on the frame, three of the top three insulators are used as supporting parts and cylinders, and the piston is installed in the inner part, which is driven by the main shaft, and the three insulators in the lower part only support.
Upper and lower insulators are fitted with contacts.
The conductive part is made up of the knife and the contact seat, and between the six and the bottom of the blade, the six pieces of spring plate are tight, and the end of the blade is equipped with an arc moving contact 5, and the upper touch base 4 is the main static contact.
Environmental conditions
This load switch is applicable to the following working conditions:
1、Not exceeding 1000 meters above sea level;
2、Ambient air temperature is not higher than + 40 ℃ and not less than 10 ℃.
3、Air relative humidity is not more than 90% of the indoor places (when the temperature is + 25 ℃);
4、In an environment without conductive dust;
5、An object that has no corrosive gas that destroys metal and insulation;
6、Where there is no violent vibration or impact;
7、No combustion or explosion hazard environment.
